Relational Life Therapy. Trained in Terry Real's approach, I'm direct and practical. We name the patterns that keep you stuck and practice new ways of showing up for each other.
IFS-informed. We look at the parts of each of you that react under stress, so conflict feels less personal and more workable.
Your first session. A 60-minute intake where we get to know your relationship, what's not working, and what you want instead.
